By accessing or using Tasktical at tasks.tesh.ai ("the Service"), operated by Purple Pill Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tasktical is provided free of charge. There is no subscription fee, no paid tier, and no cost to use any feature of the Service.
We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. We expressly disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time or on a continuous basis. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) for uptime, response time, or system restoration. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions (including Google), or any other reason without prior notice.
Your tasks data is stored within your Google account and accessed via the Google Tasks API. While we take care in handling your data, we make no guarantee against data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any important information. Use the Service at your own risk with respect to data integrity.
In the event of a service outage or disruption, we will make every reasonable effort to restore the Service as quickly as possible. However, we do not commit to any specific restoration timeline, and we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Pill Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or service interruptions.
The Service relies on Google APIs and Google account services. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for changes to or disruptions of Google's services.
